Job Description: For Manager (C F A Experience)
Maintaining C&F Party ledger F-Form & C-Form.
Maintain and renewed the Drug License and Trade License and collect the Road Permits
Preparing Quarterly Return on Sales Tax, and assessment papers prepared annually.
Maintain the godown stocks as per fifo systems with the help of Bin card.
Maintain the outstanding of the parties and issue the remainder letter for Due Payment.
Maintaining and Making daily Database reports on Sales, Daybook Generation, Database maintaining
Different MIS Reports & Vouchers.
Well Versed with SAP Accounting & Billing.
Maintain the relation with the field staffs and stockiest daily basis.
Receive the phone calls and update the requirements to field and H.O. peoples.
Maintained the related register daily basis.
For Store incharge
. Raising Invoice, Credit/ debit notes (Tally 9ERP / SAP software). To play a key role between the sales team of NE and Head Office, responsible for accounts and administration. Arrange and follow up transporters/ vendors for dispatch, C/N, proper delivery with respect to TAT. To look after the physical inventory and its maintenance in C&F’s godown w.r.t SOP. Checking and preparing GRN against the goods returned from parties. Co-ordination with Head Office regarding outstanding, stock-inventory, sale tax related. Co-ordination with dealers/ customers for ‘C’ forms, orders, payment, bounce cheque. Co-ordinate with the Chartered accountant for road permits, sale tax clearance certificates, ‘F’ forms, ‘c’ forms and tax return submission. Checking and forwarding vendor bills
