    • Is responsible for helping the ABOs to reach higher levels in the business by providing them with different types of consumer centric activities and events and help them in managing and planning their teams and business.

    • Is responsible for giving training to ABOs on products as well as on selling skills.
      • 

    • Is responsible for preparing customized training modules depending on the need of the location and the requirement of the ABOs in respect to their levels of  business.
      • 

    • Is also responsible to look after the CSR activities of the company in my cluster.
