Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to Sales system and process of the Company.
• Training and Motivating the SO’s as regard to the business and achievement of their Goals.
• Conducting competitor analysis by keeping a close view of market trends.
• Tracking the Sales of the Key Accounts on a weekly basis.
• Carrying out all the necessary planning and implementing the same as per the company’s system.
• Handling a team of SR’s in the Region.                

Skill Required :
- Excellent Communication Skill (fluency in English/Hindi/Assamese).

- Should be willing to travel or work outdoor or on field.

- Target/goal oriented, Go-Getter attitude.

- Confident/ Affable Personality, Revitalized.

- Should strive hard to achieve desired result.

- Leadership quality/innovative & instant.
