To manage channel & project network/sales of the branch/location in the assigned territory • Manage Channel Partners • Manage Influencers • Manage Organization Structure and Sizing • Co-ordinate for Processing of Orders • Support POP Material Distribution • Manage Leads • Co-ordinate for Complaint Handling • Provide Information for databases and MIS DESIRED PROFILE: • Age: 24 to 28 years • Educational Qualification: Graduate degree with min 50 %, MBA/PGDBA (Marketing) preferred • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant industry (building materials) experience in sales, local market experience will be an advantage SKILL SET: • Demonstrates good functional knowledge of sales • Has ability to manage channel members (Dealers, sub-dealers and distributors) • Has ability to identify and develop new channel members • Has ability build to maintain & maintain business relations with Architects, Interior Designers,Contractors & Customers • Makes a strong positive impression and is articulate and persuasive in presenting argument • Is able to present the company, its products, policies etc to channel members/influencers • Sound numerical aptitude & numerate PERSONALITY TRAITS: • Possess commitment, dedication and enthusiasm • Builds and maintains positive and long term relationships with customers • Is an excellent team player and promotes team work
