Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Raising Tax Invoices in Tally, & Excel.
  • Checking Agreement Copy, Order Copy, Money Received & Bank Statement.
  • Checking all supporting document with Order Copy.
  • Preparing Calculation Sheet in Excel.
  • Preparing Stock Transfer Challan.
  • Preparing C-form Status report.
  • Raising Debit & Credit Note.
  • Preparing Price List.
  • To co-ordinate effectively with concerned departments for day to day operation, trouble shooting and modification works.
  • Handle Departmental reporting works.
  • Manpower Management, Creating awareness on safety among employees.
  • Data updating, modification and documentation.
  • Cash Sales Entry in Tally.
  • Bank reconciliation.
