Job Description:The candidate is required to recruit agent under him through his own contact network & through these .
  • He is required to achieve the given sales target of the company.
  • Need to sell the Life insurance Products, Appoint advisors.
  • Managing the team to meet the target.
  • Should have knowledge about insurance industry.
  • Need to bring the leads to company.
  • Need to have good communication skills, convincing attitude.

Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Acquisition & Servicing of customers maintaining & improving existing asset portfolio quality.
  • Sourcing new business.
  • Knowledge of the Insurance Industry & Financial Markets is a must.
  • Should have good knowledge of Mutual Fund, Insurance and Wealth Management.
