v Ensuring outlet addition , Manpower addition & helping DBSM to Managing Dist. Sales as per plan.
v Verifying Roi, Ensuring Efficient Utilization of Subsidies Optimum utilization of Manpower .
v DSR & Merchandiser Management – Recruitment ,Induction and Training and Monitoring performances.
v Focused mainly on retailing and premonitions of new products to procure volume sales and distributors management with maintaining cordial and close relationship with most of the key retailers.
v Watching competitor activity & taken proper plane to compete with our competitor.
v Responsible for the sales of both primary and secondary with handling DBSM & MD’s.
v Retailing & Merchandising Our products properly in my respected area.
v Tracking Distributor’s claim submission, monitoring secondary sales & outlets coverage’s properly.
